No, we do not currently offer any diploma online. We may however in the future.

No, we do not permit course changes.

Our short courses are only 4 weeks in duration so expecting a job after such a short amount of experience is a little high on expectation. However, developing additional skills by studying short courses can only benefit any job application.

You can enrol at any time before the course starts, which can be weeks or months in advance and even the day before. We close enrolments on the first day of each course.

If you become sick or unable to complete your study due to unforeseen circumstances and wish to pick up your courses at a late date this is possible only in rare circumstances and is the decision of the Learning Advisor responsible for your course. If he/she deems you have a valid reason and you have shown a good track record this may be possible.

No, all courses have start points and end points, and this is non transferable.

All courses are constructed to provide you with 10 hours per week, as a student. That is 10 hours total time, including all research, activities and assignments. Naturally this number is somewhat different for each unique student, but provides a rough estimate.

The following is a basic requirement in order to cope with courses taught in the English language.

IELTS Academic Test (band 5 or above)

or

TOEFL Test with an overall grade of 550 or above (paper-based)

or

TOEFL Test with an overall grade of 213 or above (computer-based)

Short Courses: Currently no, what you see is what you get, you can enroll in any number of courses or take as many as you like sequentially. We may in the future introduce "pathways" and linked qualifications but at this point we only offer stand-alone courses without credits.

Masters: Yes, our Masters in Creative Media Practice (MACMP) is accredited through Middlesex University.

The following grading is used in all courses

  • 0 - 39 Fail
  • 39 - 54 Pass
  • 55 - 69 Merit
  • 70 - 100 Distinction
  • Upon completion you will be eligible to claim an SAEOnLine Course Completion Certificate (CCC) with your course grade printed on it, which can be downloaded.

You will be expected to carry out weekly activities (both theoretical and practical) which will form part of your on-going assessment and result in an accumulative grade for the course.

The only payment method we currently accept is credit card through our online store.

Yes, all our short courses will provide you with a certificate of completion (COC), providing you do indeed complete, the pass threshold is 40%. Your Certificate of Completion will be available for download (only) at the end of your course, your grade will be printed on it. We do not provide printed copies.

SAEOnLine courses are available for study in every country in the world. Everything is online, you do not attend a venue. However, our payment provider cannot process credit cards from some countries. To see a list of countries that can be processed please visit this link.
